Oliver Fajardo
Program Manager, Northwood High School Wellness Center
![]() |
Oliver chose to work with Latino youth due to his personal experience growing up in Montgomery County, Maryland. His family immigrated to the United States from Guatemala in 1986. He attended Montgomery Village Middle School and graduated from Watkins Mill High School. Oliver feels fortunate to have had “great teachers” that influenced his life in a positive way and a wonderful family. It was through all their support that he attended Florida State University where he earned a BA in International Affairs. Oliver enjoys his work with Identity because it enables him to be a teacher, role model, counselor, big brother and friend to youth who do not have a positive adult active in their lives. He is also a brother of Lambda Theta Phi Fraternidad Latina, Inc., the oldest Latino fraternity. |
