Incarcerated Youth Re-entry and Support
Identity partners with the Montgomery County Correctional Facility (MCCF) to address the needs of incarcerated Latinos in our County, and help reduce the levels of violence in the facility and recidivism in the client population.
Identity staff spends four days a week on-site at the facility to provide valuable bilingual pre-placement support and orientation for new inmates, inmate support groups, case management services, and re-entry planning and support services to Latino inmates.
