Case Management and Mental Health
Given our involvement with Latino youth and the community, Identity is frequently the first place Latino families in need turn for help.
We provide case management services to families in need of support and referrals for services such as housing or home foreclosure assistance, legal representation, and support on matters such as domestic violence. Case management and mental health services are also key underpinnings to our entire network of youth programs.
Bilingual mental health counseling services are offered on-site at Identity’s Gaithersburg headquarters, the Crossroads Youth Opportunity Center, and Northwood High School.
