Youth Leadership and Advocacy Training
Identity’s Youth Advocacy and Leadership Training program seeks to train and empower Latino youth to understand important community issues, articulate their positions regarding those issues, and organize activities where they can practice these skills as they help shape public opinion and policy.
Our efforts have empowered our youth to give testimonies and feedback to the Montgomery County Board of Education, the City of Gaithersburg Planning Board and the Montgomery County Council.
