The Area Outreach Specialist will act as a vital link between the community and Identity, serving as a liaison to ensure open communication and collaboration. This role is a part -time and involves providing regular updates on community needs, challenges, and events while offering service recommendations tailored to those needs.
Working closely with the Community Engagement Case Manager Coordinator, the Specialist will participate and develop and propose outreach strategies, activities, and programs aimed at engaging and recruiting marginalized and underserved youth and their families. These youth may be at risk of gang involvement, substance abuse, incarceration, teen pregnancy, or dropping out of school.
In addition, the Specialist will actively promote Youth Opportunity Center programming within the community, fostering awareness and participation.

Case Manager- Full Time
Identity has an opportunity for a full-time bilingual (English and Spanish) Case Manager at the Seneca Valley High School-Based Health & Wellness Center.
Services provided by the Case Manager will include completing needs assessments, follow-up surveys, and action plans, providing support and expertise to families of youth through service planning, referrals, follow-up and ongoing support and mentoring. Also assists in planning and implementing parent meetings.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Evaluation Manager - Full Time
The Evaluation Manager is key to supporting Identity’s organization-wide evaluation activities. Under the supervision of the Evaluation and Quality Control Senior Manager, this position collaborates with program staff across Identity to assist in designing, coordinating, and implementing evaluation practices. The Evaluation Manager contributes to the overall effectiveness of Identity’s monitoring and evaluation system, ensures quality and consistency in data collection, and supports the organization’s capacity to use data for continuous improvement.

Intensive Case Manager - Full Time
Identity’s Intensive Case Managers (ICMs) are part of a dynamic, culturally responsive team that delivers wraparound services to clients and families facing significant barriers to stability.
ICMs co-develop personalized Action Plans with clients, addressing multiple domains such as housing, health, education, employment, and legal status. These plans reflect each client’s goals, values, and lived experiences. ICMs maintain consistent engagement, offering advocacy, emotional support, and system navigation to help clients achieve long-term integration and self-sufficiency.

Payroll and Finance Specialist - Full Time
Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of year-round payroll for the Organization. The work allocation is 65% dedicated to payroll-related tasks and 35% to other assigned duties. Calculates employee compensation, review accuracy of timecards, update internal payroll databases, maintain the payroll work calendar, and conduct company-wide training for all employees. Review and reconcile quarterly and yearly multi-state tax reports. Performs transactional and routine bookkeeping and other accounting responsibilities related to payroll. Works in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Responsibilities include the following tasks: clerical and technical such as verifying, reviewing, and reconciling reports; and posting and documenting financial transactions. Serve as a liaison to internal departments, providing guidance, building working relationships, and helping to resolve issues and perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $52,000 - $62,000 Annual Salary

SUD Senior Community Outreach Specialist /Case Manager -Full Time
Identity’s Substance Use Prevention/Intervention Team is expanding to serve youth and families throughout all Montgomery County, MD. Identity is seeking a full-time, Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Prevention/Intervention Senior Community Outreach Specialist/Case Manager (Case Manager) to join our Substance Use Prevention/Intervention Program.
