All programs are free of charge, and all client information is strictly confidential.
Identity is there when and where people need us. Whether at schools, in the community or on playing fields, we teach and model the social-emotional, educational, workforce and life skills that youth and families need to thrive.
Identity serves 10,000 youth and families every year, benefiting 50,000 residents living in high-need areas of Montgomery County.
Services are available in English, Spanish, French, and other languages that represent Montgomery County’s diverse population.
