Identity intends to submit proposals to the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant program to implement our Youth of Tomorrow program at two elementary schools in Montgomery County. The Youth of Tomorrow Reading and Social-Emotional Support Program serves students in grades two and three who are reading below grade level, providing targeted academic and social-emotional support through culturally responsive programming. Our proposed program sites are Harriet R. Tubman Elementary School and Summit Hall Elementary School. If funded, these programs will offer expanded learning opportunities to eligible students attending these schools.

In accordance with MSDE requirements, this notice serves to inform the community, particularly families residing within the attendance boundaries of the proposed schools, of our intent to apply for this funding opportunity. Following submission, the applications, including any waiver requests, will be available for public review.
